Has TrendMicro software lost its customer service? I can’t get a rep on the phone or thru their online chat.
I’ve used TrendMicro very happily for several years. Always caught any viruses or suspect malware and alerted me. Suddenly a few days ago I noticed the scheduled scans were not running and the icon indicating that the program had loaded in the background was missing. I tried to do a manual scan and a manual update but both result in a message that says, “Please wait for the feature to finish loading before you try again.” Then nothing happens. I was able to go to their website and download the latest update. One scan was successful at finding a trojan horse virus which was quarantined. But after a shut down and restart the same problem occurred. I have tried to call their technical support phone line and log in to their on-line live chat support several times but they seem to be unavailable.
Is something changed at the company?
get McAfee it’s better and it takes out any threats… and customer service is great… or try to e-mail trend micro
